we use the open mould with variant material and technology for surface, then spray- up the resin with fiberglass onto the back for strengthening. |

We use the closed mould which should be spray the gel-coat on both sides of surface. Then we close the moulds , suck the resin into the mould to full fill the “gap”. The big headlamps are made by using RTM. |

We have 9 machines which are based on two Business Complex in Shanghai. The range of machines is from 315T to 2500T. The capacity is up to 500,000 pcs per year. We have more than 15 years of experience on SMC production. The reliable partnership of material suppliers is one of our benefits. Two production teams are working individually depends on different technique solutions. |
