How does the Showerpad shower tray be made?
The Showerpad shower tray is been made by compression moulding process, which a 2000 tone compression machine with metal tool to press the Solilux material at 190 ℃ to form a tray.

What is Solilux?
Solilux is a compound material composed of fiberglass, special formulated resin, pigment and natural filler. The shower tray is made by Solilux material, resulting in the production of a stronger structure with a high gloss surface finishing for easy cleaning.

Is there an example of a sanitary ware compression molded composite product anywhere else in the world?
The compression molded composite products had been used in Japan for unit baths, washbasins, bathroom walls and panels for more than 20 years. And the compression molded washbasins, shower trays, shower walls, baths and kitchen sinks are also widely used in USA and Northern America.

Why Showerpad shower tray specifications more Precise than other trays?
The Showerpad tray is formed using a metal mould, which is processed in high pressure and cured in high temperature. Thus the size, angle, line and shape of each tray is copied in a very precies manner. Thus the radius and the demould angle can be very small and precise.
